Your little Princess or Prince will receive a crown and be dubbed a Princess or Prince by their favorite (Face) Character, and will receive a custom Honorary Princess/Prince Certificate signed by the character attending and crowning. Our Mascot performers have limited vision and access to hold items, so they will not be able to participate in this experience.
Our Mascot Characters can bring your little one a special gift, signed by the character(plush toy). Our Face Characters can do this as well. (Plush toy). If you have multiple birthday children you are wanting plush toys for, it’s an additional Fee amount. Please message us for details.

To add a little extra magic to the picture! We can bring a photo backdrop themed to the character you have booked to make that picture perfect! Typically, our backdrops are 7 ft across & 5ft tall. No balloons to frame backdrop. The backdrop comes back with us once we leave. Message us for more details!
To add a little extra magic, you can now book face painting for your little ones event! Please message us for availability for Ashley to face paint before selecting this offer! This can be booked by itself, or you can add it on to a package with a character! This offer is available by the hour, up to 15 children. If not needed for an hour, it is $7.00 per face paint. If more than 15 children, then an additional 35.00-40.00 will be added to add up to an additional 10 children.
Out of town, state, or health conditions that make it a little difficult to have parties? No worries! We offer Zoom calls from your little ones favorite character! Up to 20 guests, 15-20 minutes duration. **While this is virtual for you, our Cast Members still have to meet on location at our studio to conduct the virtual party. The same prep goes into our virtual party visits as our on site character visits.**
Interactive story time with a character of your choice.
-The Character booked will read their story and the little ones can ask questions of the story or answer the questions the character may ask while reading the story. (Our Mascots cannot speak, and cannot participate in this experience.)
Get invited to zoom call with your little ones favorite character!
This is a 30 minute zoom call where your little ones can interact and ask their favorite character questions. (Our mascots cannot speak, so if you request a mascot, just note the character does not speak.) if you would like additional time, it would be in 30 min increments and would be an additional 35.00 for extra 30 mins.
Each additional character added to above packages, add $50.00 per additional character. (Our mascots cannot speak, so if you request a mascot, just note the character does not speak.)
Already recorded story time by a character of your choice customized to the little ones name for the greeting before the story takes place. (Our Mascots cannot speak, and cannot participate in this experience.)
Cancellation Policy: We understand things happen, children get sick, emergencies come up. Should you need to cancel your party, we will try to reschedule your booking. We unfortunately do not offer refunds of deposits, but we will gladly have your booking valid to reschedule for up to a year from cancellation date.
Deposits are required upon booking! Your date will not be secured without the deposit! We prefer to book at least a month in advance if there are more than one performer being booked to make sure the performers are available on the day requested. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a message! Please see to the left for information to send deposits.
Deposits are typically half of the quoted price.
For example:
1 mascot character at $130.00 /hr, with an "add on" of professional photos by Whitney Marie at $155/30 min session is $285.00 in total, so total deposit due would be
$142.50.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please note changing date and time more than once will have a 10.00 fee after the first change.

Yes! We would love for you to take your own photos! We would love for you to share photos with us as well! But definitely yes. We also offer a add on package for professional photos to be taken! Check out our “pricing” page and add ons for more info!
No, our mascot characters do not speak. Only our face characters can speak.

Tips are not required but they are accepted and appreciated! Our performers work hard to make sure you and your littles have a great time! So I’m sure they will appreciate it!
We prefer to have at least a minimum of 2 weeks before the event takes place. However you can book it months in advance. Just message us for availability for the day you’re wanting to select!
